Settle Lands Up to $100M Credit Facility From 3Jane for Inventory Financing
Settle secured a forward-flow agreement with structured credit platform 3Jane, starting at $50M with expansion potential to $100M.
Settle, an inventory financing provider serving consumer and ecommerce brands, has secured a forward-flow credit facility of up to $100 million from 3Jane, a structured credit platform, the company announced Thursday from New York.
The agreement establishes an initial lending capacity of $50 million, with contractual options to scale the facility to $100 million as demand from Settle's client base grows. Forward-flow arrangements of this type allow a lender to commit in advance to purchasing loans or receivables on a rolling basis, providing the borrower with more predictable access to capital than traditional one-time credit lines.

Settle's arrangement with 3Jane signals a maturing structured-credit ecosystem around ecommerce infrastructure, with dedicated platforms increasingly stepping in to provide the kind of asset-backed facilities once reserved for larger retail chains. The expansion option built into the facility gives Settle flexibility to deploy more capital without renegotiating terms, a feature that could accelerate its ability to onboard new brand clients.
